In the field of transfer pricing, operational issues, digitalization, and new arm’s length requirements dominate the agenda. Clear performance structures and internal pricing models within the corporate group must be considered, as well as the cost-benefit analysis when preparing arm’s length information. Hence, the objective is to develop a stringent transfer pricing system subject to the business model of the group, and the corresponding documentation concept that is tailored to that business model. The challenges are: the use of existing resources, aspects of digital business models, the impact of the coronavirus pandemic and modern compliance requirements.
Participants will receive valuable guidance on Transfer Pricing Management based on practical cases. You will learn how to further develop existing transfer pricing structures within the group and integrate them into a consistent group-wide transfer pricing system using suitable mapping models.
